From the main page in CPanel, click on the phpMyAdmin link. This can be found under the Databases header.
This will bring you to the phpMyAdmin label. To add a Database, click on a label, for example, test, then click on the SQL button on the top middle of the page.
Then click browse to search for a database you wish to add.
Once you’ve found the database, click Open.
Then, click Go.
To save a database from your site to your computer, click the Export link on the top middle of the page. You need to be within a database to do this.
Select Save as File. Then click Go.
Save the file to your computer.
