- Log in to your Client Area.
- Select "Open Ticket" from the main Client Area Menu.
- Click on the category you feel best describes your query.
- Enter a Subject that briefly describes your request
- Enter the details of your query or fault. To reduce the time it takes to resolve problems, please include as much details as possible.
- Choose the related service.
- Enter the related domain, if different then the related service.
- Click Submit.
