How do I log a ticket?

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Select "Open Ticket" from the main Client Area Menu.
  3. Click on the category you feel best describes your query.
  4. Enter a Subject that briefly describes your request
  5. Enter the details of your query or fault. To reduce the time it takes to resolve problems, please include as much details as possible.
  6. Choose the related service.
  7. Enter the related domain, if different then the related service.
  8. Click Submit.
